Privacy policy

Updated October 6, 2026. Club de los Perdidos (Medellín, Colombia) runs this website and the Club de los Perdidos app.

What we collect

• Name, ID number and phone, from our booking records.
• Email, password (stored encrypted) and, if you add it, date of birth, when you activate your account.
• Your trip history with the club.
• If you allow notifications in the app, a device token to send them.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

What we use it for

To show you your trips, badges and yearly summary, to let you sign in, to send account emails (confirmation and password reset) and, if you allow them, notifications about new trips and badges. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Providers

Our own server, Resend for account emails, and Apple Push Notification service (iPhone) and Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google (Android) for app notifications.

Your rights

You can edit your data in My account, and delete your account from the profile on the website or in the app: your personal data is erased and your trips stay only as anonymous statistics. For anything else write to clubdelosperdidos123@gmail.com.
