Photography Workshop with David Puello
About this adventure
1st Photography Workshop with David Puello · Conservation.
Drawing on the experience of artist David Puello Gutiérrez, we'll dive into the basics of photography: handling the camera, using natural light and training your eye. Best of all, you don't need a professional camera: the course is designed so you can take part with your phone or any camera you have.
Our first session takes place in the Odín forest (Santa Elena). It's the start of a series of sessions where you'll learn to see, interpret and tell the world through images:
Understand what you photograph: we'll explore its social context, cultural history and environmental value to build images with more depth and meaning.
Photograph with intention: you'll learn to tell visual stories, portray environmental issues without sensationalism, build empathy through images and include people thoughtfully when it fits.
Develop a critical eye: we'll review the photos produced, share creative processes and reflect on photography as a tool for conservation, education and social change.
Limited to 12 people. Check availability before booking. See your teacher's work on Instagram: @david_puello.
